Al Beamer, JD, is our Chief Executive Officer. Al has extensive experience in technology, real estate and insurance and has been very successful in expanding small businesses on a regional and national scale. His operations background has been evident in his oversight of FSC’s previous community Ackert Park Skilled Care Community, where we brought a 50-year-old once-shuttered facility to 90%+ occupancy, a 5 Star Federal Rating, and a thriving, successful operation providing compassionate, leading-edge care.

Kathy Beamer, RN is our Chief Financial Officer. She has the unique experience of both a nursing and accounting background, which assists greatly in this specialized field. She has extensive accounting experience and creates and monitors the financial controls for FSC’s operations.

Debbie Fluchel is our Director of Development. Debbie is an experienced real estate professional with more than 20 years’ experience in the development process. She diligently works with property owners, developers, community leaders, industry experts and funding sources to coordinate projects for our clients and ensure they are receiving the best possible deal.

Christie Beamer Tutschulte, MA Gerontology, LNHA, is our VP of Care Management. She coordinates our Care Management and strategic marketing. She has experience across the senior care continuum, from home care to skilled nursing, and has had great success in census fill and retention for many communities. Christie is also a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

Matt Beamer is our VP of Operations. Matt works both on the Corporate side and in our communities ensuring standards and protocols are met and exceeded. He has extensive financial, technology and HR experience working for both large scale nationwide companies and small, single owner companies.
